Director, Corporate Advisory
Suffian Wyng
Suffian brings experience in corporate strategy, capital readiness and property-focused investment management. Alongside his role at Zaryan, he is a director of Crimsons & Co., working with founders, management teams and investors on growth strategy, corporate structuring and execution planning.
His background includes serving as CEO of MSC Group in Singapore, Managing Director of Red Packet Partners and Investment Manager at Forza Capital. These roles span fund services, real estate investment, financial modelling and due diligence, complemented by Asia-Pacific business expansion experience at EarnDLT.
For Zaryan’s clients, this brings a broader commercial perspective to funding decisions: how the business is structured, how it prepares for capital and how the strategy translates into execution.
Jack focuses on structuring and executing funding solutions for business owners, property investors and developers. His work spans commercial mortgages, construction and development finance, bridging, second mortgages and tailored private-credit solutions.
As Director of Loan Originations at Funding Door, his experience includes assessing feasibility studies, valuations and borrower financials, negotiating with lenders and coordinating documentation and settlement. His earlier career includes banking roles at ANZ and NAB, alongside property finance and investment roles.
Jack also brings first-hand business ownership experience. This informs a practical approach to cash flow, timing and funding exits, with close coordination between clients, brokers, lenders and professional advisers.
